For SK-MEL-28, SK-MEL-2, MIAPaCa-2, and SW480 cell lines, the IC50 is determined by WST-8 assay is 65, 28, 40, and 46 nM, respectively. Both Raf and MEK are serine/threonine-specific kinases that respond to extracellular stimuli, such as mitogens, and are involved in the regulation of cellular processes, such as gene expression, mitosis, differentiation, and apoptosis.
